* Company Employee even if he/she is a student cannot be considered as a “Student Participant” and should register as “Company Participant“.
** An “Accompanying Person” cannot receive conference materials or attend the conference sessions. He/she can only attend Lunch and Coffee Breaks. An “Accompanying Person” cannot be a co-author or working in the same institution as the participant.
*** Please pay by Cash (USD) on site if you (Listener or Presentation Only) choose to do onsite registration. The filled registration form should be sent to the conference email box before the registration deadline.
